Soleus Kids – Movement Warriors
Soleus Kids – Movement Warriors is a children’s movement development programme held at Monasterevin Community Centre.
The classes focus on building strong foundations in balance, coordination, posture and body control through structured, age-appropriate activities.
Sessions include floor-based movements, obstacle-style challenges, balance work and reaction games that support children’s physical development in a fun and engaging way.
The programme helps improve body awareness, stability and confidence while encouraging healthy movement habits.
Classes are delivered in small groups to ensure individual attention and a safe, supportive environment.
Suitable for children aged 5–6 and 7-9 years.

Safe Pass is a one day safety awareness programme aimed at construction workers. The aims of the programme are to raise the standard of safety awareness in the construction industry and that all construction workers after completing the one day awareness programme can make a positive contribution to the prevention of accidents and ill health while working on the site.
